This training gives basic education in reading, writing and math based on real world examples while you learn the basics of Culinary Arts. Training takes place in the classroom and hands-on in the kitchen. You’ll work in groups and alone to reach your personal and employment goals. You’ll learn skills to help you be your best on the job. You also will be placed in a five-week internship with an employer. And, you’ll get wrap around support that lasts a full year after you graduate.
