You can enroll in Job Retention if:
- You are a Building Futures graduate
- You’ve been accepted into an apprenticeship
- You’ve been placed into construction employment
You will learn:
- About wage increases and promotions that might be available to you
- How to address personal and financial barriers that you may have while in your new job
- How to tackle challenges you may face in your new job
As a SNAP E&T participant, you will get:
- Ongoing case management
- Job coaching
- Entrance fees
- Tools
- Work clothing
- Apprenticeship class books
- Riptiks and/or gas cards if you don’t have transportation, to make sure you can get to work
