About Rhode Island Regional Adult Learning
Rhode Island Regional Adult Learning (RIRAL) is a private nonprofit adult education agency that was established in 1979 and designated by the Rhode Island Department of Education as a regional learning center. Our mission is to assist adults in the process of reaching their academic, occupational, or personal goals through education, counseling, and training.
