Course Description
This 6-week training program provides training in customer service, communication skills, digital literacy, All training participants complete 3 weeks of workforce essentials before choosing their specialized industry. Students will develop individual learning plans based on their career goals and industry pathway.
Customer service students will receive call center basics, and sales that will prepare you for a wide variety of positions within the retail, customer service, call center and hospitality industries
